March 2025 brings two Thursday evening events. On 6th March, please join us to launch Creating With Nature, a box of 54 cards prompting you to reflect on your connections with nature, and with practical inspiring activities to boost your creative practice.
There will be a Q&A with the creators — Val Duarte and me — plus exclusive music, activities, plus free food and drink! All welcome!

It’s on Thursday 6 March at 6.00-7.30pm in The Catalyst, in the Rogers Communications Centre, 80 Gould St, Toronto Metropolitan University.
And then! — Every spring, in what is now a well-established tradition, Ashley Jane Lewis and I host the Pecha Kucha night as part of The Creative School’s Rubix conference.
When people are doing talks where the 20 slides advance every 20 seconds, and so each presentation is 6 mins 40 secs long, there’s never time to get bored, but you get lovely little jewels of wisdom and insight.
That event is on Thursday 13 March 2025, 6.30-8.30pm, at HQ which is inside 110 Bond St, Toronto. All welcome!
