The Black Mosaic continues! We normally post the Black Mosaic updates at the Creativity Everything site, but I wanted to note here that the project we launched in fall 2020 has been flourishing ever since, and continues into summer 2021.
The Black Mosaic is a free community-based, peer-support project for Black, African and Caribbean people to come together and share creative works. This project is open to people of any age. The Black Mosaic is based in Toronto, but folks from all over are encouraged to join.
The project is run by Mir Asoh, a Black (Cameroonian-Malagasy) multidisciplinary artist who specializes in poetry, collage art and zine making — with the support of the Creativity Everything lab.
